Ooh, it's going to be an exciting September.
Hey, Jane, it's going to be an exciting day - FOR YOU! You've got a rooster coming to stay!
Wow, what a line-up for September. Thanks for putting it up, Joan. And great to see those launch parties on the go. I love our launch parties. Margaritas, cabana boys, dangerous dukes, risque business? What's not to like!
Oh, and don't forget to enter my contest, guys!
Nice line up, Suzanne. Lisa Gardner! Wow, how lucky are we. And lots of new releases to add to our TBR piles and to empty our pocketbooks LOL.
Congrats on the rooster, Jane!
Oh, goody! What a month to look forward to! And congrats on the GR, Jane--an exciting day for you ;)
Well done Jane just watch him he may be hiped up after all of the Tim Tams he has eaten.
What another fantastic month in The Lair I really enjoy these parties can't wait for them and of course to read the books.
And of course there are going to be some wonderful visitors for us to get to know
Have Fun
Helen
What a great September to look forward to! Have a nice day everyone, I'm off to work for the first day this year, a little exciting (although it shouldn't be after 15 years...).
Hey, Eva, good luck at work! Hope it goes really well!
WOW! We've got some awesome guest and just LOOK at all the goodies we're giving away! (Aunty rubs her hands together in gleeful anticipation.) Thanx for the terrific recap, Joanie!
Congrats on the GR, Jane! Hope he enjoys his holiday Monday in the Big Apple.
Eva, congrats on being recovered enough to return to work! We were all pulling for your speedy recovery here in the Lair. Take care!
AC
who is 29 days from her own launch party! YIPEE!
woohoo, aren't there a lot of books being launched? congrats to the authors.
Anna if I won hubby would be expecting a pay off in the bedroom.... dear oh dear, he LIKES your novels....
Clearly, your husband is a man of EXCELLENT taste, Nat! ;-)
Well done Jane!
A day in the Big Apple! um why is it called that?
What a fantastic Month to look forward to! Thanks Ladies!
Oh I shall have to open up the margarita folder again!
And competitions to enter too !
As Helen says Have Fun
I'm sure we will.
Cheers Carol
Sounds like another exciting month here in the lair!!
I have to tell everyone that I am currently reading Tawny's RISQUE BUSINESS, and man it is one of the hottest books I have read. And I love the fact that is about a book reviewer :)
Congrats, Jane!
Sounds like another fab month here in the lair!!
Another party month in the Lair!! So many great releases. My, you ladies have been BUSY!!
Congrats on the Golden Boy, Jane. Make him behave!
Natalie, I love your comment about your hubby expecting La Campbell's books to pay off in the bedroom. Too funny! As she said, a man of superior tastes!
Another great line up, Banditas. Thank you!
Yup, September is really going to be hopping. News of more fun kept rolling in up to the last minute before I posted!
Helen phrased it very well...more visitors for our BB's to get to know.
That works for Banditas too! Being on the "hunt" for new guests at National introduced me to Kristan Higgins. After I pounced, er, I mean introduced myself at lunch she graciously agreed to join us.
And in doing so introduced me to another "must have" author. So many books now find their way to my TBR pile!
Now, I'm off to see if I can come up with an answer and sneak into Anna's contest :-) I've been wanting to Tempt a Devil all day.
Oh this is going to be a really good month in the Lair.
I have already hopped over to Anna Campbells site to enter for the ARC. All fingers and toes crossed.
I can't wait for the Dangerous Duke! I so want to "meet" Lady Kate again, she is just soooo cool.
I have already received and read Risque Business, gotta tell you all my boyfriend loves Tawny. HOT!!!
I have already entered the Live Dangerously contest. Again all fingers and toes crossed. (I really look funny that way, looks like I have finger and toes cramps)
Conrats on the GR, Jane!
Hey, you Banditas are rockin' in September, for sure! Have a great Monday, ladies. :)
Hey, what a great month for book launches and fabulous guests and contests! Cool! Pass that cute cabana boy over here, will ya? I mean, for that margarita he's got for me. That's all I wanted. I didn't want...oh heck, I guess I did. ;-)
Congrats, Jane! Hope y'all have fun!
wow, everyone! Party, party, party! I LURVE September and not just because the kids are back in school...heehee. Because we've got parties and fun and great guests...
Wait, that's every month. Maybe it IS just because the kids are back in school. Grins.
Well, hopefully it'll get cooler too! Yeeeeaaaaah Fall!
Another fabulous month here in the Lair ... oh dear. Yet more books for the TBR room. *sigh*.
Oh well. One has to have some vices ;)
Yay on the launch parties! My hockey hunks have just enough time before the season starts to party away.
OMG Lisa Gardner!! Fan girl moment!! Although, Say Goodbye completely creeped me out. Brilliant book - but oh so creepy.
Say Goodbye completely creeped me out. Brilliant book - but oh so creepy.
Don't worry, Anna. Your hockey hunks will protect you with their sticks....
Hockey sticks, people!!!!
Oh wow - what a great month it'll be in the lair! :D And so many great books to look forward to. Yay!
Yay! Thanks for a great round-up, Joanie T! Another exciting month in the lair.
Christine, crawling out of the deadline cave.
"Snap, Snap" cracking Aunty's crop.
Get back in that cave, missy!
Any other deadline Bandita's trying to peek out? Are there?
{Steely eyed glare} "Snap"

You scared me Joan and I'm not even a writer....(note to self, do not stand next to Christine until her book is finished)
Well, dianna, you have to be stern sometimes. Otherwise, the sequels don't get written, the launch parties dwindle, the cabana boys get lazy....
